Andrea Rosik | PA-C
Founder/Director
Andrea has been a board certified PA from Wayne State University, licensed to practice medicine in Michigan since 2004. Prior to specializing in dermatology in 2012, she practiced hospital-based internal medicine, treating routine to life-threatening medical disorders. The hospital background lit up her fondness of rare and unusual case presentations, especially skin-related diseases. This experience guided her monthly "interesting case" presentations for the MIDPA, Michigan Association of PAs (and NPs) while serving the role of Vice President since 2015. In 2022, she became President, leading the organization.
Andrea's dual background in medicine and dermatology, hospital and clinic-based practices, has allowed her to interact with vast types of medical professionals. GLIDE was formed to integrate one another in order to achieve the deepest level of success. Outside of dermatology, she loves spending time with family/friends, creating jewelry, traveling, and anything water-related, especially within the Great Lakes.
Radha Sampat | PA-C
Conference Day of Coordinator
Radha K. Sampat M.S., PA-C., is a board-certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician’s Assistants and is licensed to practice medicine in Michigan since 2010. Radha received her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Wayne State University in 2010. She completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting also at Wayne State University in 2006.
Radha has been practicing dermatology in Michigan for over 10 years. As a board of directors of Michigan Dermatology Physician Assistants, she served as Secretary since 2013, then as Conference Liaison since 2018 to promote continued medical education to local colleagues. She is dedicated to her peers, her patients and their medical, surgical and cosmetic concerns. Her philosophy is to provide exceptional thorough dermatological medical care with the highest level of ethical standards, compassion and detailed care. In her spare time she greatly enjoys traveling, cooking and oil painting. Radha is committed to providing dermatological medical care to her patients and facilitating educational opportunities to her community.
Julie Pfeifle | PA-C

Julie Pfeifle is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing Dermatology at Skin & Vein Center for the last 8+ years. She attended Central Michigan University where she earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. She treats all ages from newborns to geriatrics and has extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of dermatological conditions including acne, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, to various bullous diseases, as well as management of precancerous and cancerous lesions. She enjoys the unusual dermatological skin conditions and helping patients improve. Julie is also passionate about excisions and performing full body skin exams. She educates her patients on what melanoma and cancers of the skin can look like, aiding early detection, and emphasizes appropriate follow ups for the best care possible. She loves aesthetics, including fillers, neurotoxins, and in office procedures.
Julie is passionate about fitness, staying active, and Beachbody coaching. She has 3 children under the age of 6 and is a true Great Lakes girl at heart with her love of wake surfing and boating.
Amy Adams | ANP-BC, FNP-BC
Professional Development
Aimee Adams is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over ten years experience. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Madonna University, she worked as an emergency room nurse and critical care nurse before returning to school to earn her Master of Science in Nursing. She finds great joy in providing medical care, as well as partnering her passion and craft of injectables with her knowledge of medicine to create a beautiful balance of art and science. She is highly skilled in general, and cosmetic dermatology, and is an expert in diagnosing and treating skin cancers, precancerous lesions, and various skin conditions. She has extensive training and experience in the field of cosmetic injections and is a certified trainer.
Aimee is also a five-star Eli performer and fitness instructor, where she enjoys motivating her students to become stronger both physically and mentally.
